Lukas Casting House (“we”, “us”) operates the website jewelrylukas.com and the My Cabinet mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us when you register or order: name, company, email address, phone number and shipping/billing address.
- Order information: the items, files (such as 3D models or photos of waxes), instructions, quantities and payments related to your orders.
- Device information for notifications: if you allow notifications in the My Cabinet app, we store a push-notification token for your device so we can tell you when your order status changes.
- Usage data such as pages visited and standard server logs, and cookies needed to keep you logged in and to run the shop.
Face ID / Touch ID login
If you turn on Face ID or Touch ID login in the app, your login details are stored only in your phone’s secure keychain and are never sent to us or stored on our servers. You can turn this off by logging out of the app.
Camera and photos
The app asks for camera or photo access only when you choose to attach a picture to an order. Pictures you attach are stored with your order so we can produce it.
How we use information
We use your information to create and manage your account, produce, ship and invoice your orders, answer your questions, send order updates (by email and, if enabled, push notification), and keep our services secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising tracking.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our web host, payment processors, shipping carriers and email/notification services), and when required by law.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in My Cabinet at any time. You can turn notifications off in your phone’s settings. To delete your account and personal data, contact us at [email protected] or 213-900-0709; we keep order records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
