Step 3: Precision CAD Modeling
Using professional 3D CAD software, we build a detailed digital model that captures every element of your design — curves, surface textures, stone settings, and structural details.
Step 4: Review & Approval
You receive high-resolution renders of your piece from multiple angles. We review them together, make any adjustments, and move forward only once you are fully satisfied.
Step 5: Production-Ready Files
We deliver final CAD files optimized for lost-wax casting — with correct wall thicknesses, proper sprue placement, and no geometry issues that could affect the cast.
Wax Prototype (optional)
Before finalizing the files, we can print a physical wax model so you can evaluate proportions, comfort, and stone settings in real life. Available on request as an additional service — ask your project manager for details.

How long does the custom jewelry design process take?
Simple designs are typically completed within a few business days. More complex or detailed pieces may take one to two weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline at the start of your project and keep you updated throughout.
Do you work with clients outside of Los Angeles?
Yes. While we are based in Los Angeles, we work with clients across the US and internationally. The entire design process can be handled remotely via email, video call, and our online client portal. If you are in California, you are also welcome to visit our studio in person.
Can I use the design files with another manufacturer?
Absolutely. Your CAD files are yours. If you choose to produce the piece elsewhere, we will deliver clean, professional files that meet standard industry requirements and work with any casting studio.
What if I only have a rough idea or a hand-drawn sketch?
That is perfectly fine — most of our clients start exactly there. We will ask you a few questions, look at your sketch or reference images, and take it from there. You do not need to know anything about CAD or manufacturing to work with us.
