Lukas Casting House Inc. has manufactured for jewelry designers and brands since 2015. A 17-person team in the Los Angeles Jewelry District casts 10–15 kg of gold, platinum, silver, brass and bronze a day, with CAD, 3D printing, molds, casting, stone setting and finishing under one roof. Develop your design, prepare it for production and choose the services your project needs — a single prototype or a production run, with no minimum order.
- CAD development: Standard and Advanced packages with Trello collaboration, renderings and a first brass master sample
- Printing and molds: eligible ProJet printing, wax injection, silicone and red rubber molds
- Casting: gold (10K–22K), 950 platinum, pure or sterling silver, brass and bronze
- Polishing and stone setting: individual and production work, quoted for your project
Volume pricing: when your castings across all metals exceed 5 kg within 30 days of the first order, the labor on the weight above 5 kg is discounted — typically 30% — and issued as account credit. Gold supplied through an approved dealer counts toward the 5 kg; the metal value itself is not discounted. Larger or more complex programs are quoted individually.

Regular Casting
Regular Casting is supplied as cast with supports cut off; remnants may remain. Choose the additional cleanup and finishing your project requires.
Advanced Casting
Advanced casting in every metal adds support cleanup, microscopic inspection, minor laser corrections where needed and magnetic tumbling. Final hand polishing is quoted separately.
Direct Design Collaboration
Review CAD progress, communicate with your designer and request revisions within the original concept through your Trello workspace.
Your STL Files
Your STL design files belong to you and can be downloaded from your Trello workspace whenever needed.
Clear Project Timelines
We confirm the schedule for each stage. Standard initial CAD takes 4–5 business days and Advanced 7 business days to the first preview; the first brass master takes 3 business days after final CAD approval.

What should I send for an estimate?
Send your design files or reference images, requested services, metal and quantity for each model. Include stone details and requested delivery timing when relevant.
Do you offer polishing and stone setting?
Yes. Production Polishing with bench work requires at least six pieces per model. Individual Hand Polishing has no minimum. Polishing, stone setting and finishing are quoted for the project.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the stages selected. Standard initial CAD takes 4–5 business days (Advanced 7) to the first preview, followed by 3 business days for the brass master after final CAD approval. Casting takes 2–3 business days from an approved model. Revisions and customer review add time. Other schedules are confirmed for your project.
Does every casting arrive polished?
No. Regular casting is supplied as cast with supports cut off and possible support remnants. Advanced casting has additional cleanup. Final hand polishing and stone setting are separately quoted services.

How are shipping arrangements confirmed?
Every shipment is insured. Delivery arrangements and any applicable shipping charges are confirmed for your order.
